Coffee Urn Cart Design

Description:

The cart consists of handles, two lights, and metal holders. The design of a coffee urn has steel rods attaching each end of a stainless plate, which are covered with a rubber grip to provide comfort and prevent any slip from users. The structural properties of this handle enable users to lift the coffee urn with secured and balanced posture: users can curl and lift the handle by fully using their palms and biceps. The handles, which are made out of 303 stainless steel, are sufficient to endure a wide range of weights and are attached to the plate through a process of welding. 

The design consists of two metal placeholders attached at the surface of the cart in order to secure the urns in place and prevent them from moving during transportation. They open to accommodate the size of the urns then clamp back to secure them in place. Attached at the front of the cart there are 2 lights to warn people nearby the cart to step aside.
